Sex-related hormones, normally regulate reproductive cycle, found significantly reduced conditions where functional activity gonads decreased. An imbalance these hormones also associated metabolic abnormalities, such as hyperglycemia insulin resistance. The effectiveness existing therapies for restoration type remain unexplored. Methods: We searched Cochrane Library, Scopus, Science Direct Web Search engine “Google Scholar” from January 2011 to July 2021. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included, comparing sex-related replacement or administration vardenafil clomiphene citrate, versus placebo treatment. Fixed effect meta-analysis was performed estimate pooled proportions 95% confidence intervals (CI). Results: review includes nine RCTs regarding: a) Testosterone therapy (five RCTs) b) Vardenafil (one RCT) c) Clomiphene citrate (three hypogonadism. aspects function evaluated by estimating the: Aging male’s symptoms’ (AMS) rating scale, Erectile Function, Intercourse Satisfaction, d) Orgasmic e) Desire, f) Overall g) E2 (pg/mL), h) FHS (mU/mL), i) LH j) SHBG (nmol/L) k) free (nmol/L).
